At Cambria Martial Arts Academy, our Womens self Defense & Kick Boxing Program was carefully structured to enhance the personal development of every lady who participates in the program.

The Womans Program is aimed towards self-defense and preservation of life, but there are many other benefits that can be gained from the program including the physical benefits of:

-- Increased stamina & strength.
-- Increased flexibility & weight control.
-- Imporved reflexes & co-ordination.

As well as the physical benefits, there are also many mental benefits to this training and they include:

-- Stress reduction and increased levels of relaxation.
-- Improved concentration.
-- The peace of mind and confidence that comes along with the knowledge that you are able to protect yourself and your loved ones.

Our Womens self-Defense & Kick Boxing Program offers a mix of training from several different martial arts styles and incorporates:

-- Kick Boxing from Muay Thai.
-- Western Boxing.
-- Self-defense and street-wise tactics from Jui-Jitsu.
-- Ground Defense Techniques from Jui-Jitsu to protect from assault and rape.
-- Weapons training.
