At C.M.A.A., each student will learn all the basic Thai Boxing fundamentals including kicking, punching, knee striking, and elbow striking. Along with those techniques, the student also learns defensive and blocking techniques for all the offensive attacks.
The combination of these elements makes Muay Thai a very effective and devastating fighting style both on the street and in the ring.
The training is quite safe due to the sophisticated pad training that is part of the style. Training on the Thai pads will develop a smooth fighter and also aids in developing devastating kicking power.
Thai Boxing can allow an individual to develop into a very good martial artist in as little as six months and it can build confidence as well as get a person into better shape.
