COMBAT IN THE VALLEY(coming soon)

Kenpo, in translation, means "the law of the fist" and it is a unique martial arts style having been founded several centuries ago in a Chinese Shaolin temple.

On an external level, Kenpo is a no-holds barred fighting system of offensive and defensive methods, with equal emphasis of striking techniques with both the hands and the feet. The implementation of immobilization, control techniques, projections, takedowns, as well as some weaponry adds a range to the fighting system you find in no other martial arts style.

Kenpo, as developed in America, is a street worthy martial arts system in which the emphasis is on self defense techniques, and Kenpo is regarded as one of the best striking arts in the world.

In the style of Kenpo, a student learns to use his hands, feet, knees, elbows, and even the head as weapons and in the unique system of Grandmaster Nick Cerios' Kenpo, which is taught at C.M.A.A., the student will learn the basic stances, punches, kicks, hand strikes, and forms.

The total training concept is what makes Kenpo a superior means of self defense enabling anyone, young, old, male, or female, to protect themselves and their loved ones in a physical confrontation or attack.
